Banana, Mango, Coconut – Ice Cold Smoothie


  • 2 ripe (frozen) bananas
  • 1 mango pealed and cubed
  • ½  cup coconut water
  • ½  cup coconut milk
  • Add a few cubes of ice (as desired).


Just blend and serve!

This sweet creamy drink tastes better than any ice cream. It is packed with nutrition, fiber, potassium, Vitamin-C, Vitamin-B6 and whips up fast and easy.
