Juicing Health Benefits

Juicing is a convenient and inexpensive way to concentrate the most nutrition from whole plant foods. Nothing is more nutritious. Juicing is the powerhouse for internal cleansing and restoration of optimum health.  It boosts your energy, supercharges your immune system and maximizes your body’s healing power.

Juicing restores your health from the inside out by:

  • Detoxifying your body
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Maintaining a healthy pH balance of your body
  • Providing large amounts of nutrients
  • Enabling the cells to absorb and utilize nutrients better
  • Supplying beneficial enzymes
  • Ensuring sufficient amounts of phytochemicals
  • Supplying large amounts of antioxidants
  • Providing concentrated vitamins and minerals
  • Freeing energy consumed in digestion for use in body repair and      healing
  • Giving your body the pure, natural water that is in the fruit or      vegetable itself!

Remember Fresh – Not Pasteurized

In order to get all the health benefits, juice must be fresh, not pasteurized. Pasteurization involves heat to kill any bacteria. Unfortunately, pasteurization also kills the vital enzymes. Without the enzymes, our bodies are unable to fully digest and absorb the available nutrients.

In addition, pasteurization destroys or alters immune factors, proteins, vitamins, and mineral availability. All of these undergo changes during the heating process.

Don’t deprive yourself of the health and healing God promised! Drink only fresh, raw vegetable and fruit juice!
