FANTASTIC LIVING GREEN SALAD FOR YOUR HEALTH

GREEN SALAD 2

Living Green Salad Ingredients:

1 cup of uncooked quinoa

Lentils - green

1 cup of uncooked green lentils

Diced Zucchini

1 large zucchini, diced

Avocado-Diced

1 avocado, diced

Young spinach leaves in isolated white background

2 large handfuls of spinach

1 garlic cloves

2 cloves of garlic

Himalayan salt

Pinch of Himalayan salt and black pepper

lemon

1 lime

basil

1 handful of basil

Olive-oil

3 tb spns of extra-virgin olive oil

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook quinoa and lentils separately.
  2. When the quinoa and lentils are almost done cooking, sauté the garlic zucchini in a skillet with butter or coconut oil, salt, and pepper for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add a few handfuls of spinach into the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. Toss the quinoa and lentils together and mix with sea salt, pepper, olive oil, and chopped basal.
  5. Top with the zucchini and spinach mixture, avocado, and fresh lime juice.
